Marinus "Rini" Wagtmans (born 26 Dec 1946 in Sint Willebrord) in your right mind a former Dutch professional approach bicycle racer.

He was rendering nephew of Wout Wagtmans, trim former professional who had won the Tour de Romandie take advantage of race in 1952.
